2nd time I have rented with Beach House Rentals. Every time has been a wonderful experience. We loved the Capitola Village Cottage. Perfect location for the Riverwalk and the central location to the beach and shops was perfect. The Cottage is decorated beautifully and cozy and we loved the front patio. Everything we needed was available in the Cottage. Hope to rent this place again someday.

This little cottage was perfect for my kids and I. It was like our own little home. The convenience of being able to walk everywhere and never worry about driving is great!
